The Advancement of Excellence
Get Great Results
You have done The Wall. Get ready for the hottest and richest eight weeks of your life. It is time for The Advancement of Excellence! The Advancement of Excellence is a practicum…an opportunity to internalize what you learned in the first two courses and practice that learning in your life, at work, and at home. The assignment for the eight weeks of the course is to create tangible, measurable results that indicate significant progress toward the personal goals identified in previous courses. You will:
- Break through your reason barriers
- Stimulate interest in who you are
- Strengthen the fabric of good will that exists in the world
This 8-week course consists of two weekend seminars (Foundation Weekend and Relationship Weekend), weekly meetings, and culminates in a celebratory commencement dinner and dance. Great support means having people in your life who remind you what you say is most important to you.
Achieving life goals does not have to be hard & you do not have to do it alone.
What you’ll learn:
- Participants graduate from this course with a great deal of confidence and evidence in their ability to create what they want in life
- Steps to realize accomplishments they once only dreamed of!
- To put into practice and receive support to take constructive steps to actualize their dreams, goals, and deepest desires
- How to translate theory into practice – in their life, at work, and at home
The program is held over approximately a 6 – 8 week period, including two weekends, weekly two and a half hour meetings and a commencement event.

I got really clear on my long-term vision…
In explaining the value she got from the programs, Lesley said, “I got really clear on my long-term vision and that for me was to support women to really connect to their inner wildness... I’ve written a book regarding sexual empowerment and put out products for women and sold them successfully through my business.” Through the sales of her book, and handmade organic lubricant, Lesley has been able to fund a solo trip to Spain. “This is a big part of my long-term vision that I didn’t expect would happen so soon!”

It allowed me to move on and create different results…
Soon, she will also be celebrating 30 years of service as a member of the RCMP. “Doing the right thing” is a core value for Phyllis and, in her work as an RCMP Officer and Supervisor, this means having strong abilities in communication, dealing with conflict effectively, self-awareness, and inspiring and encouraging her team. Phyllis says the tools she has gained from ESI has helped her greatly in these areas, and, most importantly, allows her to not simply ‘do her job’ but to love her job.
