• Compassion: Compassion is a vital part of revealing our true selves. Learn how to deepen your compassion for self and others leading to greater acceptance of “what is”.
• Forgiveness: Holding onto past hurts creates barriers to our growth. Forgiveness is a key strategy for increasing personal power. You will learn a self-nurturing and honoring way to forgive by examining past experiences, decisions and beliefs and releasing those that no longer serve you.
