About This Workshop
Whether you are a leader at work, in your community or at home raising children, understanding leadership styles helps all kinds of leaders become more effective in their interpersonal relationships, particularly with those they find most challenging.
In this fun-filled, interactive workshop, you will complete a self-assessment to identify your primary and secondary leadership styles; learn how to quickly assess the leadership styles of others; and acquire concrete tools to enhance your interpersonal relationships by learning how to communicate in a way that works both for you and for others.
