Our flagship course, ReSet for MORE Excellence, is where that journey begins: helping participants break through self-limiting beliefs, raise their emotional intelligence, and step into their personal power.
We're looking for a driven, resilient Sales Representative who thrives on outbound prospecting: cold calling, cold emailing, and reaching out directly to individuals and businesses to help us bring ReSet and the CORE Leadership Series to more people who are ready for a change.
The Offering
What You'll Sell
Our flagship program, ReSet for MORE Excellence, is a transformational 3-day, ~30-hour in-person program designed to help participants unlock their potential and step into a fuller life.
You'll also be selling our full CORE Leadership Series package — the complete journey for participants who are ready to go deeper.
This is a warm, mission-driven product — you'll be selling personal growth and transformation, not a cold commodity.
The Role
What You'll Do

Proactively cold call and cold email individuals and businesses to generate new leads, this is an outbound, hunter-style sales role.

Identify and build your own target lists of prospective participants and organizations.

Build genuine relationships and understand each prospect's goals through discovery conversations.

Manage your own pipeline from first outreach to closed enrollment.

Hit and exceed individual sales targets.

Represent the Excellence Seminars brand with professionalism and integrity.
Set Up for Success
Training
This role comes with hands-on training to set you up for success. If you haven't already completed ReSet for MORE Excellence, you'll be required to attend the in-person course, September 25–27, in Nanaimo, BC, tuition fully covered by us, no cost to you.
If you've already taken ReSet, this requirement is waived.
The Right Fit
What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of sales experience, with a track record of cold calling or outbound prospecting.

Excellent phone presence and communication skills.

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on a commission-only structure.

Genuine belief in personal growth and the value of leadership development.

A values-driven approach to selling.

Strong organizational skills to manage a self-generated pipeline.

Comfortable reaching out to both individuals and business decision-makers.
The Reward
Compensation
This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential. The more you sell, the more you earn, there's no ceiling. Full commission structure and details will be shared during the interview process.
