Wanetta Beal

Program Leader

Wanetta has an infectious energy that motivates and inspires others to action. Her passion for life makes her an engaging speaker and Program Leader. Wanetta and her husband Grai, live in Qualicum Beach and own a gym where they help their clients change their bodies through nutritional counselling and personal training. Wanetta was a Weight Watchers leader for many years, helping thousands of people reach their goals which she now does in multiple ways including leading all three courses in the Excellence Series. Always pushing herself out of her comfort zone, Wanetta is the first woman to run the famous, West Coast Trail in a day and she is the only woman in the world to have completed three Ironman races on three consecutive days. Her sincere interest in people and their welfare and happiness shines through.

Christina Bianchini

Christina Bianchini

Program Leader

Christina Bianchini is highly regarded as a powerful, humorous and engaging facilitator whose mission is to support people to rediscover themselves and transform their relationships. Christina has a deep curiosity for the human experience which fuels her dedication to living on the growth edge of her own personal development. She credits these programs as the foundation for this path, and is proud to lead courses in the Core Leadership Series, as well as specialty workshops. In addition to being the founder and Clinical Director of a thriving group private counselling practice, Christina is also involved with many initiatives to inspire and motivate those in her community of Prince George BC to live their best lives.

Trish Dyck

Program Leader

Trish brings fun, energy, insightfulness, and passion to the program room. She utilizes her broad experience in management, entrepreneurship, facilitation and sales to assist others to get the results they identify as important. She enjoys laughter, experiencing joy in the moment, sharing good times with friends and expanding her horizons. A thirst for knowledge drives her to continually expand herself and support others in doing the same both as an Associate Faculty member and Manager of Student Team Performance at Royal Roads University. Trish is dedicated to health and wellness, remaining active through her love of rock climbing, running, swimming, hiking, and sailing. An integral part of her life with her husband is spending time with their five children and four grandchildren.

Lucie Honey-Ray

Program Leader and Service Representative the Yukon, Nunavut & Northwest Territories

Lucie is passionate about building the capacity of individuals, and communities to reach their full potential. Crafting wicked workshops, courses and programs, and then witnessing change, is what brings her the most fulfillment, with the exception of her grandkids of course! Lucie’s eclectic and diverse life experiences make her a dynamic and inspiring facilitator. An advocate of lifelong learning, she continues to explore and incorporate new tools and innovative approaches in her practice. Lucie credits the courses offered through Excellence Seminars International for living a life that matters! Lucie leads The Practice, Revitalize and is the Service Representative for the Yukon.  Down-to-earth and practical, Lucie’s enthusiasm and energy are catching.

Lorraine Jensen

Program Leader

Lorraine loves people, and Lorraine loves community. Being in service and influencing the growth of people’s dreams has been a driving force in her life. Taking the Excellence Series in 2001 gave her the tools to really make a difference. Since completing the programs, Lorraine has stepped into facilitating both The Practice and BreakThru. Lorraine is intuitive, funny and passionate facilitator. She is an author, a coach and for the past few years has been running a community program called Intention Circles; building energy in groups and witnessing miraculous results. She has spent many years in leadership and is a certified personal and professional coach. She lives on Vancouver Island and embraces her life as a daughter, sister, friend, mother, and a very proud, Glamma.

Kristi Lewis

Kristi Lewis

Program Leader

Kristi’s work life has primarily been spent teaching classical piano and doing various types of homecare for people with a wide spectrum of needs, as well as a special interest in end-of-life care. She is a creative, deeply compassionate human being with strong beliefs in human potential and transformation. Her energy is infectious and inspires others to be their best. Kristi completed the CORE Leadership series for the first time in 2004, and again in 2022. She is excited to be the newest addition to the ESI team, and leading The Practice. Kristi lives with her husband and 2 teenaged sons on Vancouver Island in the Cowichan Valley.

Pam Lewis

Program Leader

From an early age, Pam has generated opportunities for people to create excellence in their lives. At 15, she began coaching competitive synchronized swimming; at 19 won the “Most Promising Coach in Canada” award; and in her early 20s she coached internationally. Compelled to make a social contribution, she completed her education, worked in non-profit organizations and in 1983 began teaching communication, leadership and organizational skills in post-secondary education. As a lifelong learner, she took the Excellence Series in 1989, started leading programs in 1998 and became the Director of Excellence Seminars International in 1999. Pam lives in an active lifestyle in Vancouver filled with sport and various adventures, often including one or more of her three grown children whom she enjoys immensely.

Kimberly Nonis

Program Leader

Kimberly has been immersed in The Excellence Series since 1996 and leads all three courses in the Series as well as Inside Passage. Her energy, enthusiasm and humour create a winning combination as a facilitator. By living her life to the fullest, Kimberly truly ‘walks the talk’ and inspires others to go after and actualize their life-long goals and dreams. Her passion for living a meaningful and fulfilling life is evident in everything she does. Kimberly is committed to making a difference in our world through strengthening the fabric of goodwill globally with her W.I.N.G.S. initiative. She and her husband Mark own and operate an electrical contracting company, and are living the dream in beautiful Belcarra, BC.

Carol Peringer

Program Leader

Carol is a highly regarded educator in the field of personal and professional development. She began to lead courses in the Excellence Series in 1986 and she has worked successfully with thousands of people in her role as a Senior Facilitator. Carol’s life work is in assisting people in gaining clarity about what has meaning for them. Her masterful skills and insight, combined with humor and compassion create a phenomenal sense of safety in the training room. Carol has developed and taught many other courses, most recently including “Inside Passage” and “Lighting the Path”. Carol lives in Washington with her husband Stephen, an accomplished artist.

Norma Reid

Norma Reid

Sales & Service Representative for Vancouver Island

Norma completed the Core Series in 1986 and credits the courses with changing her life. She’s often volunteered for the series from ‘92 to present, as well as audited and taken other courses since. She loves seeing the difference these programs make in people’s lives and has met her best friends through them. Norma had a coaching and training business for several years, then ran and facilitated employment programs. Her work was incredibly fulfilling and fun. Norma retired five years ago, has several projects on the go, and is excited with her newest adventure to support our participants and work with the ESI team.

Leslie Marcotte

General Manager

Leslie’s passion for community and connection has led her to Excellence Seminars International. Drawing upon 15 years of leadership experience, she enjoys supporting others in fulfilling their dreams and goals. Leslie loves to travel and experience the history and rich vibrance of other cultures. While at home she enjoys time in nature, gardening, hiking and adventures with her dog. She is constantly looking for new opportunities to expand and grow and is excited about her new role within Excellence Seminars International.

Barb Berg

Business Advisor

After enjoying a successful Sales and Management 30-year career in the technology industry at two of the largest companies in the world (Apple and Microsoft), Barb retired and had time to open her mind and heart to what her next chapter would be. Wanting to make a difference, Barb volunteers with Social Venture Partners where she assists not-for-profits; she is a lead partner at Environmental Youth Alliance and Blind Beginnings; she is a business advisor with ABIWellness, a platform for acquired brain injuries with back-to-work outcomes of 80%; she is an Ambassador at PowerPlay Young Entrepreneurs and she is working with Excellence Seminar International as a business advisor. Barb enjoys an active lifestyle with her family, continually working to improve her wellness and connection with others.
