TRANSFER & CANCELLATION POLICY
Core Leadership Series: (ReSet, BreakThru, The Practice, Youth Pursuit)
Transfers and cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice are charged a $200 fee
Mastery Leadership Series: (Quantum Leap, Quantum Impact, Dynamic Facilitation, Inside Passage)
Transfers and cancellations….
…30 to 60 days prior to the start of the course are subject to a $300 fee
…less than 30 days prior to the start of the course a charge of $500 will apply
Exceptions: Illness (please provide proof of illness by a physician); death of a member of your immediate family
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
A $100 administration fee will be deducted prior to issuing refunds (whether for deposits or fully paid tuition fees)
Additional charges may apply for any program in which meals or room and board are provided.
